normally when i watch a movie with jackie chan in it, he is either fighting a large group of henchman, or he's spending the whole movie trying to explain something to chris tucker. this movie was not at all what i expected. jackie chan did a pretty awesome job playing a serious role and it's one of my favorite performances by him to date. jaden has the potential to be a great actor one day... and for his first lead role i think he did ok. the movie itself wasn't all that great though. it was almost like they decided to spend most of their time developing the characters instead of the actual story line. idunno. maybe i'm just crazy. i just wasn't really feeling it.3/5
A couple of funny parts that made me LOL but overall - just not as good as the original!
